APLIKASI HALLO SEHAT BERBASIS MOBILE PADA KLINIK MUNJUL JAYA PURWAKARTA MENGGUNAKAN METODE EXTREME PROGRAMMING

Abstract
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the government recommends maintaining health protocols and temporarily staying at home. In this case, the Munjul Jaya Clinic does not have an application to support the government's program to stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Information about health is a very important part of everyday life, where health information is obtained of them by direct consultation with a doctor, and the consultation is carried out face-to-face with a doctor. Based on interviews conducted with patients at the Munjul Jaya Clinic, patients obtain health information by visiting the clinic and consulting directly with doctors. The delivery of health information was felt to be lacking due to the limitations of the clinic's opening hours. Meanwhile, many patients really need health information and health consultations quickly and don't want to be bound by clinic opening times, even patients experience health problems when the clinic is closed, and need a doctor's consultation. To convey health information that is not bound by clinic opening times, doctors need a health information service media tool that can respond to every patient's question without being limited in time and number of doctors. From the clinic side or doctors also want to improve their services, especially services to patients who have been registered as permanent patients. In particular, patients who have a disease with a long healing period and must be monitored for this problem are felt to be less than optimal if they only take advantage of the consultation time at the clinic or doctor's practice. One of the solutions proposed for this problem is by building a mobile-based hallo Sehat application with online consultation features with an information technology approach, which is a form of service application. This application was built so that patients can find out about health information and order medicine by asking questions to the application. Patients enter questions about health or health problems in the form of text, then the application will provide responses in the form of answers to patient questions and order drugs recommended by doctors. To support the use of a mobile and efficient online consulting application, using the Extreme Programming Method, this Hallo Sehat application is very suitable to be created and used using a smartphone.
