Abstract
SM-K3, or Occupational Health and Management System, must be implemented in a company. SM-K3 is one of the benchmarks for the value of a company's success. A dangling modifier audit problem, companies are required to have an accredited SM-K3. The function of the Ministry of Manpower as one of the public services; however, the performance of the audit system in the SM-K3 public service currently running at the Ministry of Manpower is still not optimal because the management is still manual. The purpose of this study was to make the SM-K3 audit system easier to access and implement leadership, requesting audit services from the Ministry of Manpower. The method used is the Waterfall method, the stages of development of the Waterfall method have met user needs; all user needs and all system functional needs come from use case features, which can be traced to activity diagrams and sequence diagrams. Information on using the SM-K3 system was obtained from informants with the criteria of 2 managers and one supervisor. The result of this research is the design of a web-based SM-K3 service, where the company's website can register directly for the SM-K3 audit at the ministry of human resources so that the performance of the audit system can run optimally.
