Abstract

Design Thinking is a method that considers user needs for innovations taken from the designer's device for further integration into the user or user needs to be combined with appropriate technology so that it becomes a good business product because it can provide an effective solution to a problem. With the Design Thinking approach, the User Experience design for the Isoman application will be tailored to the needs and experience of the user when using this application. At this stage the researcher uses the Ideate process, which is the transition process from the problem formulation to get a solution to the problems that occur, the researchers describe the solutions that have been obtained through images of the prototype. After going through the process of designing the User Interface and User Experience of the ISOMAN application, it can be concluded as follows: The government and the people of Indonesia can have the opportunity to be assisted in supervising and making it easier to follow up on self-isolation activities. Users of the ISOMAN application have the opportunity to no longer struggle to find drugs, hospitals, and even doctors while doing self-isolation.
