Abstract
Employee attendance is very important as a support that can encourage work productivity activities. The level of achievement will continue to increase of course it is influenced by the level of absenteeism and tardiness. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate the level of achievement of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion so that the office can monitor the level of achievement of each employee. Monitoring employee attendance also plays an important role in the employee performance appraisal process. Lack of attendance can affect the level of performance of each office employee. In the application of the Linear Regression method for data processing in determining the level of employee achievement. The result is that by using Linear Regression we can determine the level of employee performance from the attendance data that we manage. It is hoped that this multiple linear regression method can determine the level of achievement in the Office of the Ministry of Religion and can assist the company in predicting the level of achievement of each employee.
