PROTOTYPE ALAT IDENTIFIKASI MUATAN BERLEBIH PADA KENDARAAN MENGGUNAKAN MIKROKONTROLER ARDUINO

Abstract


Overloading is something that drivers often overlook. Even though overloading can cause accidents to the vehicle. This tool, which is placed in the vehicle frame, aims to provide an indication of overload and provide an indication of the amount of cargo carried by the vehicle. This design uses the Arduino Nano microcontroller as the main controller, to identify the load using the LoadCell sensor. The reading results are displayed on the 16x2 LCD. For the condition of the load being transported more than 1Kg, the LCD displays "Reduce Load", the Buzzer alarm will activate indicating the load is in excess, and the Relay will automatically turn off the vehicle engine. And vice versa if the load is below 1Kg then the LCD displays "Safe Load", Automatically the relay starts the engine, and the Buzzer alarm will not activate indicating the load is safe.
