PERANCANGAN UI/UX PADA APLIKASI MOBILE PENJUALAN DI 3R STATIONARY MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN SPRINT

Abstract


In today's technological developments, all business actors try to apply technology to every business field to make it easier to provide services and offer information from these business fields to increase sales, especially using mobile applications. One of the important factors in making mobile applications is the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) because they have a big influence on users. At this time 3R Stationary does not have a mobile application, therefore a mobile application UI/UX design is made. This study aims to design a 3R Stationary sales application interface using the Design Sprint method. The Design Sprint has 5 stages, namely understand, diverge, decide, prototype, and validate. The testing process is carried out qualitatively using the Single Ease Question (SEQ) method. This SEQ method involves users becoming respondents by trying to use the prototype results and filling out questionnaires to get user satisfaction data in an application design. In this SEQ test, the median result is 6.6. With that value, the results from the prototype that has been made are said to be sufficient to meet the acceptable category.
