ANALISIS PENERIMAAN DAN PENGGUNAAN FITUR GOFOOD PADA APLIKASI GOJEK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY (UTAUT) (Studi Kasus : Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Wastukancana Purwakarta)

Abstract

Gofood is a feature in the Gojek application where in this feature we can order food through the Gojek application and directly delivered it to the orderer's address. In addition, gofood also answers people's concerns about guaranteeing the safety of goods or food ordered by buyers. Because the gofood feature has the advantage of a data-based application, where the public can find out the identity of the driver who will deliver the food ordered by the buyer. The problem that occurs in society is the lack of understanding of the community in using the application so that there are often mistakes when people who want to order gofood but do not know how to use it which results in an error in sending orders ordered when we change places but does not change the address when we order food. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a data analysis model using The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) with 6 main constructs in analyzing data is as follows: Performance expectancy, Effort expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating conditions, Behaviour intentions. The data has tampered with SPSS version 24.0 and IBM SPSS AMOS version 22.0 applications. The results of the research on the analysis of the acceptance and use of gofood features in the gojek application at the Wastukancana Purwakarta College of Technology are: There is no positive and significant relationship between performance expectations (PE) to behavioral interests (BI). There is a positive and significant relationship between Business expectations (EE) and behavioral interest (BI). There is a positive and significant relationship between social influence (SI) on behavioral interest (BI). There is a positive and significant relationship between facilitating conditions (FC) and user behavior (UB). There is a positive and significant relationship between behavioral interest (BI) and user behavior (UB).
