RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM PADA PT. SISTEM TEKNOLOGI REGULARISASI ELEKTRONIK AKTIVITAS MILLENIAL

Abstract


In companies that have many employees and different divisions, such as PT Stream, employee data management is still semi-computerized. This research was conducted to create a Human Resource Information System application at PT Stream by using the waterfall method to assist the HRD division in managing employee data and applying transparency to employees. By using the waterfall method, it makes it easier to develop future applications. This application is designed using UML and implemented using the PHP, HTML and MySQL programming languages. This application has 2 roles: admin and user. On the dashboard page, admins can manage employee data from employee profiles, attendance, leave and payroll. In the main application, the user is used to perform attendance, view attendance history, leave history, remaining leave, leave submissions and monthly salary in detail.
