Abstract


At this time the development of promotion on social media is growing rapidly through via Instagram and WhatsApp. However, many celebrities are not interested in using social media because of fraud and fraud in product promotion. Many programs promote products with fake accounts and the products being marketed are counterfeit products so that many consumers feel dissatisfied and feel at a loss about this. In the business world, an influencer is needed in carrying out the product promotion process that will be offered to consumers. However, at this time the promotion process is carried out on social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram so that many people do not know the information on the products being marketed.
