Abstract


This study aims to determine the prediction results of the decision support system in selecting superior rubber tree seeds. The data source is obtained from PT. Brigestone Sumatra Ruber Estate. In this study using the VIKOR method. The VIKOR method is a ranking method using a multicriteria ranking index based on a certain measure of closeness to the ideal solution. From the results of data processing, the same results were obtained, namely Kusen rubber seeds with a value of v = 0.4, PB rubber seeds with a value of v = 0.5, and IRC rubber seeds with a value of v = 0.6. This research contributes to farmers in selecting superior rubber tree seeds so that they can produce good rubber so that they can help the country's economy.
